With ever changing styles in fashion, hair, makeup and jewellery it can be difficult to 1/ keep up with and 2/ keep ahead of especially when it comes it to trying to make an impact for whatever reason. So, to find something that you can pretty much guarantee will cause a stir is just awesome. Ok, so what an earth am I talking about? Have you either seen or heard of armor rings? I have to say that I have been blown away by what I can only describe as the latest and hottest must have fashion accessory.
Well, a ring is just a ring is it not? With armor rings nothing could be further from the truth. Try wearing one and see just how much interest it generates, pretty amazing, honest. I think that it is because they are visually so different to look at from what is the ordinary perception of what a ring should or does look like.
Most rings are round, would you agree? Well, the design of this particular piece of jewellery is very innovative and yes, whilst it does go around your finger, it also covers all of whichever digit you choose to put it on. So, once you are wearing it your finger will be covered from its base to just below your fingernail or second joint.
Might sound a little bizarre but, they are so different as to be really eye catching and believe it or not are very comfortable to wear because they are all jointed so that they move in unison with the bend and extension of your own joints, which is really clever.
They are generally made of either pewter or sterling silver and whilst the pewter styles and designs tend to be more robust, they can be slightly less comfortable to wear (because they are more brittle) than those made of silver. The silver ones pretty much give you comfort and durability too but can be bit more expensive to buy. That said I am pretty impressed by the value for money that they represent whichever of the materials you prefer.
The unique styles and designs are pretty breathtaking and have been favoured by those who follow the Goth type trend of dress, not that they are specific to that genre for sure. Looking at them, I think that they are just too stunning not to share regardless of whatever you like to wear.
I actually think that they have been a well kept secret for too long and now that the cat is out of the bag they will really take off and with the use of technology you can really get your hands on so much more all for a few clicks of a mouse. A huge choice from an array of fantastic jewellery at the touch of a button, now that has to be awesome.
Armor rings are pretty much unisex jewellery and would be a fantastic finishing touch to something like a vampire costume for fancy dress at Halloween. Because they are so inexpensive, I am confident that once you buy yourself one that you will be addicted and your collection will soon grow. Why not take a look? I am sure that you will agree.
